It's the 'beer' league softball championship game, and for these boys, tonight is the most important night of their lives. Nick's cousin Bobby 'Dimes' is a mess. His bravado’s trying to hide it, but he’s in trouble with the local mafia and owes money all around town; with no way to pay. Word has spread that the gangsters plan on coming by the game to collect. Nick knows his cousin Bobby's life could hang in the balance, so he comes up with a few side bets of his own to start raising money for the impending collection. Little do the other players know, Nick has something in his back pocket that won't let him lose…
